These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&Cs") govern your access to and use of the qz777 website, accessible at qz777.cam, and all related content, services and features made available through that domain (collectively, the "Platform").

qz777 is an English-language online gaming information and education platform. 4.3  Account Verification (KYC). qz777 and/or any Operator you engage with through the Platform may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before permitting withdrawals or other account functions. KYC typically requires submission of a valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC front and back, or passport), proof of address where required, and potentially a liveness check or selfie. 11.2  Termination by User. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting qz777 support via the contact details set out in Clause 14. Account closure requests will be processed subject to resolution of any outstanding account matters.

11.3  Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your Account, whether by qz777 or by you, these Terms shall continue to apply to all matters arising from your prior use of the Platform. Provisions that by their nature survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitations of liability, indemnification and governing law — shall remain in full force and effect.

12.1  Right to Amend. qz777 reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

12.2  Notification. Where amendments are material in nature, qz777 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice through a site notice or, where practicable, by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

12.3  Disagreement. If you do not agree with any amended version of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and request closure of your Account in accordance with Clause 11.2.

13.1  Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to qz777's operational jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms creates any obligation on qz777 to comply with Pakistani gaming or gambling regulation, nor does it imply that qz777 is regulated by any Pakistani authority.

13.2  Pakistani Users. Pakistani users acknowledge that their use of the Platform and any associated gaming activities may be subject to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and other applicable Pakistani legislation. qz777 does not provide legal advice and makes no representation as to the lawfulness of online gaming in any specific Pakistani jurisdiction or province.

13.3  Dispute Resolution. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. Where resolution cannot be achieved through negotiation, disputes shall be submitted to such dispute resolution process as qz777 may specify from time to time.

13.4  Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
